The "Add Shipment Line(s)" page is where you can add items to your shipment. The page displays a table with "Items Available to Ship". There is a search function available which will allow for you to search by PO or by part number. Some other considerations to note about the Items Available to Ship view are:
This view will only show items that are available for you to ship to us.
For service items, the available to ship number is the quantity we have dispatched to you minus the quantity that we have received back from you.
For standard items, the available to ship number is the quantity on the purchase order line minus the quantity that we have received on that line.
The will allow you to view parts available to ship before you create a purchase order.
Items are sorted by part number first, then by purchase order number. When adding items to a shipment, we ask that you fill the earliest purchase order line for each item first.
To add an item to a shipment, select the dropdown in the desired item line, then select "Add Parts to Shipment".
The Add to Shipment window will open. In this window you will enter the quantity of parts that you are shipping, along with your pack list number if you have already generated it. If you have not generated your pack list at this point, that is ok, you can go back and enter the pack list number later. It is important to note that you cannot enter more parts that are available to ship.
After you have entered a proper shipping quantity and/or pack list number, click the submit button on the bottom left of the window. If you have additional items to add, follow the same procedure as described above.
If you do enter a value that is more than the available to ship quantity, you will receive an error message:
