Step 3-Review Shipment

The Review Shipment page will allow you to verify that you have built your shipment correctly.

Lines added on the previous step may take a couple seconds to show up on the Review Shipment page. If you do not see a line that you believe has been added, refresh the page.

This view will provide general information regarding the shipment such as:

• Shipment ID

• Ship To address

• Created On date

• Ship Via method

Below the general shipment details, you will find the Shipment Line Details. Here you will find:

• Shipment Line ID - an identifier which is unique to each shipment line and increments over time.

• PO-Line - a combination of the purchase order number and purchase order line associated with the item in the shipment.

• Part Number

• Pack List - will display the pack list associated with the line if you have provided it.

• Quantity

• - will provide alerts or notifications about the line such as Pack List Missing, Line Deleting, or Certifications required.

The drop down on the right side of each line provides the following options:

• Add/Edit Pack List - This option will open a form allowing you to add or modify the pack list number associated with the shipment line.

• Delete Shipment Line - This option will open a form asking for confirmation to remove a line from your shipment.

Once you have verified the items included in your shipment, select the "Next" button on the bottom left of the page.
